The Architecture Review Committee (ARC) use the ARC Guidelines document along with the Declaration of Covenants Conditions and Restrictions document, to evaluate new applications.  To request an architecture review, you will need complete an ARC Request form (Exhibit A in the ARC Guidelines document), and mail it to ARC@leatherwoodpoa.com.

You will need to sign the application and completely fill it out and describe your project and your intentions before submission.

The architectural review committee at that point will review and respond with either comments, an approval or a denial.  You will get a response by e-mail and will be followed with an official letter from CAMS a few days later.
